He has many years of experience in a Corporate Office and at site locations of a Fortune 100 company as well as small businesses and organizations.

He has conducted organizational assessments and provided management oversight for employee relations and leadership issues.

His strengths include assisting organizations improve performance through enhanced leadership and HR skills.

Don holds a Bachelors degree as well as a Masters degree in Organizational Management.
